Plan your life Back
Work-based learning with an employer or training provider means that you can work towards a qualification at a level that's suitable for you and your job. This might mean one day per week at a training centre or at a college. Alternatively, you might be trained and assessed as you work.

You will gain experience of work, improve your skills and confidence and GET PAID!

You will work to develop your key skills - application of number, communication and information technology. In many cases you will also work towards the wider key skills of problem solving, improving your own learning and performance and working with others.

You will also have the opportunity to update and improve your National Record of Achievement or Progress File, which will help you to move on in the future.
