Plan your life

Taking care of your health is extremely important. During your teenage years, your body will begin to change and that can take a lot of getting used to! You might feel embarrassed about a health problem that you have - but there are lots of ways that you can get help. In your local area there will be plenty of doctors and specialist advice centres if you can't face going to your family GP and there are also lots of web sites offering information and advice.

It's always better to talk to someone about any issues concerning your health. If you are worried about something then it may start to affect other areas of your life - like education, work or your relationships with friends and family. Be open, talk to professionals and you can work together to sort the problem out.
